The Red Bull team, Sipsmith Gin and Swansea University, are to name but a few of the organisations who have taken part in our team building sessions.

RIPNROCK’s team building activities are ideal for those who are looking to develop the following factors within a group or team:

  • Simply get to know each other and have a laugh!
  • Communication
  • Ability to work together
  • Group dynamics
  • Improve team performance
  • Self development
  • Leadership skills
  • Problem solving

We can run these sessions almost anywhere, just ask. However, we recommend one of the beautiful beaches that Swansea and Gower has to offer to make the experience really memorable.

Our team building days are crafted specifically to the client’s aims and objectives. With our team of experienced staff, we’ll ensure the day is fun and enjoyable whilst the objectives to build a stronger team are being met.

Examples of the challenges that will be presented are ‘Magic Flute’, ‘Handcuffs’, ‘Lava River’, ‘Gutterball’. We can make many of the games involve water for added fun!

For a totally new and exciting form of team building why not try out our Mega Stand-Up Paddleboard. Guaranteed a laugh a minute and to tick all the team-building boxes above. It is awesome!!

Our team building days are ideal for any teams or groups whether they are newly formed or a tight bunch of friends. It’s guaranteed that you’ll develop as a team and leave with great memories.

Outdoor activity provision in the UK has an enviable safety record. However, accidents causing personal injury and death can occur. Due to their very nature and the environment and terrain in which they are held, all adventurous activities hold inherent risks and can never be 100% safe. By taking part in the activity you (or your guardian) are accepting this statement.

Please share this information with your group and call or email Clarity on 07815 784 122 / if you have any queries.

We look forward to meeting you soon 🙂

Q. How long does it last? A. 2hrs.

Q. What should I bring and wear? A. Dress for the weather, it’s often cooler and more breezy by the coast. If it’s hot and sunny the make sure you’ve applied sun lotion. We will still go ahead in the rain, so waterproofs are a must. As it’s just 2hrs, we won’t break for any snacks. Please bring any medication you may need.

Q. Do I need to be fit? A. No, there’s very little physical exertion.

Q. Can I bring my dog? A. Possibly, depending on the chosen venue. We often meet at beaches and some of them have dog bans during the summer, so this would need to be checked out. If there are no dog bans, then yes well behaved dogs are allowed.
